I got 42 missing the science, current events, world leader, math, 2018 music, recent bestseller, business name slogan and geography ones. Oh wait, I have to take the test first.

Hi all, newbie here.

Question - if I took the online quiz last night is it permissible for me to take it again tonight?

I know for a fact I scored less than 35 last night... in the unlikely event I reached 35 tonight would last night's strikeout nullify tonight's successful attempt?

Sorry if this has been covered before but I haven't seen it mentioned in any of the recent threads.

Sorry, no. Only one of the three.

Sorry, no. Only one of the three.
Per the contestant FAQ page:
"You may take the test on any day that is convenient, but only once per event. Multiple entries could result in disqualification."
(and elsewhere on the same page)
"You may only take the test once during any multiple-night test event. Subsequent attempts may result in disqualification."

Thanks. I saw that as well but was curious about the use of the word "may" instead of "will" result in disqualification.
I did just try to log back in to the test tonight but it didn't allow me to do so since I took it last night. That's good that they have this check in place at least.

In my opinion, by far the easiest online Jeopardy test I've ever taken. I've usually been around 28-32 in previous years, but I'm certain I passed 35 tonight with ease.

Agreed. Fairly certain I just squeaked by and got my first audition with 35 in 2015. Should be around 42 this time, depending on a few educated guesses.

I believe I got 45. I need to check the questions and answers once a kind soul posts them.

Edit: Make that 43.

Had a few alternate ways of phrasing; "dark and stormy night", "Socratic", and "Speaker of the House", but that's 42/50 nonetheless. Best score for me this week and best score for a test that actually counted.

Paranoid question -- just because I don't have the checkmark on the jeopardy.com dashboard under "test taken" yet doesn't mean the results didn't register, correct?

35 on the dot, but it felt 43-44ish. Tuesday's was terrible for me (26/49) and yesterday's was easier (42/50). Tonight was my actual attempt, though.

Any time they lob a softball first question like that and give me 14 seconds of idle time is a nice boost for confidence.

Looks like 38 or so, depending on whether they accept the philosophical method instead of the philosopher himself.

Should have been low-40s. Had three answers come to me just as time expired and made a couple stupid mistakes.

Also, I knew it was one of the Ice guys, but I picked the wrong one :-(.

I have to say that hanging around this board for the last couple years has really helped with my game play. I used to be just above-average smart and now I feel like I am borderline contestant material. So thank you to all my fellow boardies for everything that you've taught me.

If that answer key is accurate...I got 35 exactly.

Please let that answer key be accurate.

Took this one for real, felt it was significantly easier than the other two. Thinking most boardies will feel the same but is definitely a subjective thing. Seemed as though it was pavlov after pavlov after pavlov. When the 16th century category came up, immediately readied for Martin Luther. That sort of thing.

Thanks to OQ for the quick answer key.

Now the waiting begins for another opportunity for Maggie to laugh at me again. :o

I knew I'd forget to log in at 11. No big. There's always next time (and I really didn't feel like going to Atlanta anyway).

Would have scored 42.

Welp, 38 (or 37 if Socratic gets dinged). This is my 8th or 9th 'pass', with so far only 1 audition to show for it. Wonder if that conversion rate is standard in everyone's experience?
