42 Tuesday, 43 Wednesday (for real), and 44 here, though I agree this one "felt" easier. Now once again we wait and wait and wait.

Jon Stewart probably wouldn't have used them as the butt of so many jokes if they weren't national. I'm not sure if they always sponsored his show but they did at the end-MarkBarrett wrote: ↑Fri Mar 09, 2018 11:21 amI count 50: https://locations.arbys.com/index.html
Zach Galafianiakis's cable show Baskets even uses it as as a product placement - characters have worked there.

Wow. That was significantly easier than the previous two nights' tests! I cruised to a 48.

Impressed with the quiz writers this year keeping all three tests relatively equal in difficulty. Ended up going 41/41/44. I remember last year there was one test that was very obviously easier than the other two. I know these things are pretty subjective but it was fairly blatant last year. Anyway congrats to all who got that 35+ this year, best of luck on getting the invite!

I still made a few stupid second-guess errors, but this one felt easier to me too. 43

is it just me or did this video seem to play faster than the first two? I must have changed the playback speed somehow
Scored pretty consistently on these 3 tests: 44/42/42. Got closer to 48 on my in person test
Always bummed when I miss a French question - I guess I overthought it and went with riposte

Tuesday - 36 (from the facebook video)
Wednesday - 49 for real (I claimed 50 in the other thread - realize now I said Socrates instead of Plato, so I missed one)
Thursday - 42 (from sherder's video).
I am nothing if not inconsistent.

Tuesday from video: 35.
Wednesday for real: 40.
Thursday from video: 45.
Too bad they're not testing tonight, I'd be on pace for a perfect 50. The 45 is way higher than my next highest of 40, which I think I've done twice now.
Good luck to all, and hope to see some of you in Cleveland and eventually on the big stage!

Tuesday (for realsies): 34
Wednesday: 40
Thursday: 39
I didn't think that there was a huge difference in difficulty between the three tests. I feel like I just choked under pressure and blanked or lost out on guesses more on the first test.

Wednesday was definitely harder for me. Three poetry questions, the Shakespeare question asked for a line instead of a title, zero sports questions...

Re: Online Test Recap & Discussion (Pacific), March 8, 2018
For another reference data point, I took this (third) test from the video and got 36. The second test for real was a 34. Will take first test on video later.
It was nice to start with 7 in a row and cruise to 32 of 40 but then it got brutal and missed 6 of the last 10. Also had a run of 9 from 24-31, for two minutes I was channeling the Goatman!
Wrong answers I know but couldn't pull was 10,12 (butchered spelling), 32, 42, 43, 45; or apples, amundsen (not amerdahl), cary grant (not k. douglas), bunker hill, purdue, and poppies. The other eight, not never gonna happen.
I didn't pull any good WAGS tonight, except maybe Pierre for me was a Marktuple choice, I decided Bismarck/Pierre might be in top/bottom order.
Thanks to OQ and sherder. This was my first exposure to it and is a fun time.

36/34/37. Tuesday was the live test. Pacific seemed easiest. Two more were on tip of tongue tonight (couldn't finish Merry w... and couldn't pull out Cary Grant), and two names were misspelled badly enough that I don't think they'd credit - Platt and Amersund. Botched Bismark for Pierre. Won't do that again.

33/37/41 Glad the last one was my real one and that I used the first two to warm up.

TPTB would never ever do it but I'd love to see them do as Learned League does and provide the percentage correct for each question. I got 36 (for real), 35 and 36, significantly less than my usual 38-42, thanks to a major uptick in brain freezes and no lucky guesses.

44/50, my first time taking the online test. Based on these other responses/test comparisons, I shouldn't expect this level of easiness every year!
This experience was certainly much more affirming than the in-person test I took to attempt to get on College Jeopardy! fourteen years ago--had to get all fifteen answers right to move to the next round, and I had to go and mix up Aristotle and Plato. Still bitter about it. (At least I'll never mix up Aristotle and Plato again...)

For the three days, I got 40,44, and 44. The first of the two 44's is the one that I took officially.

Assuming imperil counts, looks like my only misses were Velasquez for Goya, submissive for recessive (c'mon, someone else thought of that as the counterpart to dominant), and a blank on Gaiman. Kind of a shame I forgot to log in and actually take it this year. Thanks for the video, Sue!
