Re: Alpaca Farm quizzes
It was stupid-friendly. I can't find 5 answers to monetize in most of the quizzes. And most don't seem to be WAG-friendly either. I can only deploy the Nurse Nancy and Meryl Streep defaults so many times. But I do want to support the quizmasters and possibly learn something, and at least be entertained, so thanks for the chances.CasketRomance wrote: ↑Thu Apr 25, 2019 4:36 pmpeople love stupid answers

yeah, thanks for that. i was hoping to trade that brain cell for Crispus Attucks, but nogo. Now you have to cope with the Sargasso Sea. Which is funny because it has 'ass' in itCasketRomance wrote: ↑Fri Apr 26, 2019 12:02 amone of my proudest teaching moments in my life...was able to introduce the gem of nurse nancy and some retained that informationtwelvefootboy wrote: ↑Thu Apr 25, 2019 11:13 pm I can only deploy the Nurse Nancy and Meryl Streep defaults so many times. will they be? i got more than 50 percent...so if i was able to manage that, i will say the majority will have decent scores and your prediction of low scores won't happenmorbeedo wrote: ↑Fri Apr 26, 2019 9:04 amI can’t wait to grade Stupid Answers. but then again...if you mean low due in regards to moneyed questions since there will be a lot of right answers, then i guess that could be accurateCasketRomance wrote: ↑Fri Apr 26, 2019 4:14 pmwill they be? i got more than 50 percent...so if i was able to manage that, i will say the majority will have decent scores and your prediction of low scores won't happenmorbeedo wrote: ↑Fri Apr 26, 2019 9:04 amI can’t wait to grade Stupid Answers. Re: Alpaca Farm quizzes
Well, that was interesting to grade. 30/114 players missed the first question:
James VI of Scotland became the first Stuart monarch to rule England and Ireland when he took the throne in 1603 under what name?
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Oh man, I agonized over that call. I went with the 3 variants from the British Museum website:classicroadster wrote: ↑Tue Apr 30, 2019 1:13 pm Just looking at the results....my answer of marbles of Elgin is no good? Ouch!
1.1 The terms most frequently used are Elgin Marbles, Parthenon marbles, and the British Museum’s preferred term, Parthenon sculptures, or sculptures of the Parthenon.
It's a flawed question. Shoot me.

give it to him....you don't need to be a grading nazi...i tend to be pretty lenient...the only time i was pretty stringent in my quizzes was when some dude went heads of tails in my rivalries quiz...i was like...dude....just type out a choice you see and not be a toolmorbeedo wrote: ↑Tue Apr 30, 2019 2:20 pmOh man, I agonized over that call.
