Any Spotify playlists with songs that have been mentioned on Jeopardy?

Jeopardy mentions a lot of popular and interesting songs from different genres. Has anybody made a playlist on Spotify or another service? It would be fun to listen to and it would be helpful for studying.

I've tried to search for it but the results are dominated with the Jeopardy theme song and not what I'm looking for.

This isn't specifically Jeopardy-related, but NAQT has put together playlists of songs that frequently come up in our quiz bowl questions. There's often overlap with material on the show (for instance, "Liebestraum," which appears on our Lisztomania playlist, was a $2000 topic in the All-Stars tournament).

The good thing about J! is that you don't necessarily need to know an entire discography.. so you can get away with what I do, which is play iHeartRadio's 80s and 90s pop hits stations on my work's radio (eventually I'll get to the other decades they have). Those stations play the top hits and the playlists tend to repeat about once a day. As such, you're exposed to the same songs frequently. Listen a few times a week for a few months, and those names/titles/lyrics will probably stick. There are lots of stations for other genres if you need help with specifically rock, country, etc., but I've just been listening to the decades stations lately.

For modern stuff, I'll advise people to simply listen to Ryan Seacrest's American Top 40 (and maybe review the Billboard Hot 100/Billboard 200 Albums charts). A lot of people say it's unbearable and I can understand where they're coming from, but there's a treasure trove of information if you give it a chance. Plus, listening only takes up three or four hours of your week.

Just don't think of it as studying, most importantly. Go in with an open mind - that's how a 2000s kid came to enjoy 90s music. *shrug*

I assume the post was just looking for one in a "just for fun" manner. It's not likely that Sicko Mode is going to come back up anytime soon, for instance.

Thanks for the feedback so far. The NAQT playlists are pretty close to what I'm looking for. I'm listening to the "Canonical Country" playlist now.

I have more trouble with country, jazz, and oldies from the 20s/30s/40s/50s than anything else. The IHeartRadio playlists might work really well for the oldies.

I try to listen to the songs that are mentioned on the show if I don't recognize them. It's been a good way to discover music. If there was a playlist with songs that had appeared on Jeopardy I think it would appeal to a lot of people.
