I like this. I got the easy (stupid) one, and whiffed on the other part, by forgetting the "state capital" part of the clue (RTFC!). I guessed

Central America is a subset of North America. So Belize. Most definitions of North America as a continent also include island nations such as Antigua and Barbuda, The Bahamas, Barbados.... But I think Jeopardy! would avoid a clue that relied on that.

I like it! Gettable with a little thought. I took a slight detour to the Sydney Opera House, but it didn't look quite right so I kept driving.
