From a 2016 poll: 66% for I have been inside an IKEA store or assembled an IKEA product.
Both sachet & sashay
Schuss
No doubt on either L.A. years

"winter of our discontent," 32 (1984 certain, random multiple of 4 I didn't know wasn't right), Xerox (totally misunderstood the clue), Frankenstein, no guess

No guesses on either "S"ix clue.
Oh, what has science wrought? I sought only to turn a man into a metal-encased juggernaut of destruction powered by the unknown properties of a mysterious living crystal. How could this have all gone wrong?

To settle on "slalom" with a high degree of confidence involves both not knowing what slaloming is, and not knowing what German sounds like.

I got spoiled on Monday's FJ, and I'm counting it as a get.

I had both spellings for /sæˈʃeɪ/.
I got schuss, but pronounced it as "shush"; I would have proactively spelled it if on the show.

48 years for the Olympics interval.

Not a skier, but it's hard to grow up in Colorado without absorbing what schussing is. Or slaloming. Or moguls or sitzmarks or stem christies.
I'm not the defending Jeopardy! champion. But I have played one on TV.

Whenever I get all 5 FJs I usually miss one of the following three questions and I usually get all three if I miss an FJ or two. For Friday I had to decide between Muir & (Kit) Carson and luckily I went with Muir.

There are some advantages to being older. One of them is living through stuff that the youngin’s call history.

I attended one of the events at the 1984 Olympics, which was not that long after I got married. So that year is pinned very well for me. Then it’s just a matter of remembering that the LA Coliseum was built for an Olympics in the 1930s. Tag that on to the controversial Berlin Olympics which must have been in 1936, and the puzzle is solved. Just got to do the math for this particular version of the question.

I’m not often able to work through the hints given. I’m usually in the YKIOYD club. So it makes me happy when I can dope out the answer from other bits of information.
