Thought Roy had it. He played to win. I didn't have a better guess than "Howl" and was happy it was right.

Sorry, Roy, that the result didn't work out. You played a great game, and on the bright side...
...you came away with about the gentlest quarter-zip rebuke Lilly has ever given.

Also, for anyone who's wondering I added the "extra gusto" as the archives put it on NIAGARA FALLS, I was trying to make an Abbott and Costello reference.
No one in the audience laughed either.

"Vaudeville" was almost what I included with the "extra gusto" when I knew I had to add sometime to the archive to recognize your added humor to the response.BrigadierSolo13 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 14, 2023 10:31 am Also, for anyone who's wondering I added the "extra gusto" as the archives put it on NIAGARA FALLS, I was trying to make an Abbott and Costello reference.

...
The Three Stooges would always be my instinct over A&C. While the studio audience may not have caught it there is no doubt many on this board got it.

Howl was instaget. Remember, Jeopardy isn't saying the poem changed America; the author did.

The best thing that Neil Armstrong ever did, was to let us all imagine we were him.

Notably, this is the second time in the past year or so that Stone Temple Pilots has been a triple stumper. Scott Weiland must be rolling over in his grave...

"All hat, no cattle"?? I can't say I've ever heard of that, and I watch Yellowstone
Longtermism? Puddled pants?? Nope. NHOI
The blanket category was a disaster for me, too. I think playing it top to bottom would have helped. My cats love our electric blanket.
We were gunning for you, Roy! Boy oh boy, we thought you had it, even after an exceptionally slow start out of the gate. Buzzer woes?
That $500 DD bet in Shakespeare broke me.

I found the beginning hilarious when Ken said I just "I am not sure I was there attended host for this game board." I think I watched it 3 times because I found it so funny. (30sec rewind)
