2012 Summer Hiatus Challenge -- Round 7, Day 4
And we're back.
Getting settled in to the new place. The new router should be here on Thursday, so for the next few days I'll be posting from the library. Or McDonalds. Or wherever else I can take the kids so MomofTwins can get some peace and quiet.
The TOC will start Friday, so if you're in (or just in the running) please RSVP so that if you're not available we can invite an alternate.
And if you're celebrating something this week, we wish you well.
On we go.

Re: 2012 Summer Hiatus Challenge -- Round 7, Day 4
THAT CHAMPIONSHIP SEASON
2: Just weeks before its most famous loss, this team came to Madison Square Garden in 1980 to accept the NHL Challenge Cup, won 2 games to 1 a year earlier.
4: Joakim Noah and Tim Tebow led teams from this SEC school to simultaneously hold BCS football and NCAA men's basketball championships.
6: The only NFL franchise to win 20 consecutive games was this team who won 21 straight, including a Super Bowl, between 2003 & 2004.
8: These two teams made the MLB playoffs every season between 1995 and 2004, but only met in the World Series once, in 1999.
10: This 1984-85 champion was the last school named for an individual to finish a season at the top of the AP college football poll.
TALKING ABOUT PICTURES
3: This photographer best known for his work in Yosemite once said the secret to a good picture is “knowing where to stand.”
6: Explaining why he photographed the Civil War despite his family telling him not to, this American said, “A spirit in my feet said go, and I went.”
9: This surrealist and dadaist photographer born Emmanuel Radnitzky once said, “I do not photograph nature; I photograph my visions.”
12: This wife of a recurring actor on M*A*S*H* known for her square, black-and-white portraits once said photography is like “tiptoeing into the kitchen late at night and stealing Oreos.”
15: This celebrity portrait photographer on whom Fred Astaire's “Funny Face” character is based once said, “My portraits are more about me than they are about the people I photograph.”
