BIBLICAL PROPHETS

2: The entirety of his prophetic message was, “Yet forty days and Nineveh shall be overthrown.”

4: Referring to this contemporary, Jesus said, “Among those that are born of women there is no prophet greater than” him.

6: This prophet defeated 450 prophets of Baal and 400 prophets of Ashteroth on Mount Carmel.

8: This prophet informed Belshazzar that the handwriting on the wall meant “Thou art weighed in the balances, and found wanting.”

10: The first and longest of the “major prophets” is named for this son of Amoz.

EDUCATION BUSINESS & INDUSTRY

3: This state is home to both the most-attended online university in the world and the only publicly-traded for-profit university in NCAA Division 1.

6: In 1991, Minnesota was the first state to pass a law authorizing the creation of these autonomous but publicly-funded schools.

9: The preliminary version of the SAT offered to high school juniors also serves as the qualifying test for this scholarship competition.

12: In this program run by the College Board and the Educational Testing Service, high school students can earn college credit after passing an exam.

15: Originally intended as a tutoring service for a young relative, this online “academy” named for its founder is a collection of over 4,000 video tutorials.
