I have to agree with Sg here—to my ear it sounds like Johnny may have elided the "Fromedomak".

Thank you all around. City added. Yeah, Johnny's fault. Of course, the chat had to be one where Alex keyed on the audition city instead of the announced place.

The FJ! clue was pick a name. I did and got lucky.

For FOREIGN QUOTES I threw darts at a wall for what to capitalize.

I thought maybe this was a Very Current Events clue, but no, he was honored in 1977. He has (had?) the record for most performances there.

I just saw that season 9 (1992-93) just got up to 200 games in the archive. Great job, archivists!

Still working on it, but just in case the board is down after I'm done

Tom Mullens, Richard Candib, Dave Gordon

Chat with Dave was funny as he stretched his mustache to imitate a walrus and of course Alex did the same leading into the break.

The FJ! clue had me needing more than three strikes as I had the right continent from the start and then went 4th, 3, 2 then finally 1 in their cities to get it correct.

I got it thanks to remembering the FJ from this ToC game:

They've swapped now.

Hate to see the DJ! Round end a clue early in that kind of close finish. Not that Mike is complaining. Tom led for the majority of clues though not quite enough.

I would have needed the hint from this category to solve the FJ! clue:
Spoiler

#3868, aired 2001-05-30 MUST BE "D" PLACE $500: This seat of Macon County, Illinois is saturated with Lincoln-associated sites
ETA: For Myron, DJ18

No way I'm solving that FJ! clue even with multiple choice.

The TV category was much friendlier.

Alex mentioned that Mike said after the previous game that his 1x winnings would not quite cover a year in Harvard Law.

Nowadays, would they even cover a month?

$71,734 (I assume per year).

Earlier I watched UK J! #8 and there was a golf category. I archive this game and there's another golf category.

I'll take the FJ! clue up to 25%. Out of left field is too close for what the players guessed. :o

Andy and/or Robert: If you have a couple of spare minutes could you archive the extra things said by Alex in the FJ! Round, please. I don't trust myself to mark them in the right way.

Correction suggestion submitted. Alex was a bit contradictory in whether the Argentine name would have been acceptable. He at first explicitly said that it wouldn't, but then at the end seemed to suggest that it would. For my part, I don't see how they couldn't have accepted it.

Accepted, thanks so much.
