I'm rooting for you to get the right wrong answer?? This is a weird metric. If you get to 29, it was enough to win in 80% of the rundles in LL91. I don't know about the season to season variation. Congrats.

TIL that Mohandas and Mahatma are the same Gandhi. I didn't realize he was killed so soon after Independence. My actual guess was embarrassing (Disraeli, it sounds cromulent ;)). I thought of Yahoo and didn't even make a guess at all. Like in FJ, always.answer.something..

I've leaked into the promotion zone in WTF D. I'm in 3rd with a two point lead which may cover my bad MPD. Thanks to the 3-year old granddaughter, I got Cocomelon for a 3 pointer. It's almost worth the endless Baby Shark background music.

The Cocomelon question was a rare case of Thorsten poorly pinning a clue. There were all sorts of ways to answer it. I went with "Children's cartoons" and was given credit (as I should have).

After a horrible start to the season I am creeping close to the promotion zone. Which scares me because of how horrible my previous visit to C was.

My response was similar in that I didn't mention songs or rhymes. I went all the way to the oldest video available on the channel to make sure there was some non-song content when I submitted my scoring review.

After a horrible start, I have continued with a horrible middle and likely-horrible end. Think I'll take a season or two off.

This has been a weird season for me. I'm now up to 8 ties on the season and have among the highest CAA (95) in my Rundle. My TCA and DE are both pretty normal for me, yet I'm mired in mediocrity this season. Good luck to all of you who are contending for promotion/LLRC qualification or are battling relegation.

Well, I guess I don’t have to worry about C after losing yesterday.

I may not know about any fancy cooking techniques (84%) or highbrow poetry (60%), but I does know my sh*t from shinola  .

I considered Kiwi (still around past 1960's) and Dapper Dan (fictional), but once I thought of the phrase I was going to use one or the other. It's always fun to land a WAG. I'll share the funny link I stole from the LL message board (if it works).

My sibs knew the poem (how?), but our area must not be the target demographic for sous vide since we all missed it. Maybe we tried it and it went horribly wrong when we deep fried the bags?

I've got a mathematical chance of promotion to C, but my -3 MPD keeps me at the back of the group.

Not only am I running away with the Dawkins race in Foundry (I now have 29 MCW...the next highest has 24), but I have made the LL leaderboard! I've never had this many MCW in my 30 LL seasons.

Well, it's official. I am now locked into relegation for the second season in a row. I don't know how many people go from "C" back to "E" in consecutive seasons but I take pride in being an overachiever!

Speaking of overachieving...there are over 20,000 LL players...and according to the LL Dawkins race for Season 98, I am tied for 5th among all players for MCW. Most of my wild guesses have been wrong this season, contributing to my ignominious tumble back to "E" for next season.

After my one disastrous season in C it took me two seasons to fall into E and then three more to climb out. Here’s hoping your stay is shorter than mine.

I’m assured of staying in D for at least one more time. Guess it’s where I belong.

After MD 20, I was in 5th with a decent-ish chance to qualify for A. After MD 24, I'm in 16th. It's been quite the freefall this week. Overall still a decent season, though.

With a win Monday, and at least one of the three people above me losing, I'll have clawed my way out of relegation. Has to be a win, not a tie, my MPD is just terrible. Still leading CAA...

Amused that my opponent AND myself low scored Fuller (0 and 1), and we both got it despite a 27% get rate.

An interesting season. I've never been anywhere but C, but I bounced in and out of the promotion zone several times this season. First time I ever had even a sniff of a possibility of B. Was in 6th place after MD 23, and moved up to 4th today, one slot out of promotion. But, number 3 is four points ahead. If I win and he forfeits on the final match day, I miss moving up by 1 point.

I've always wondered what it would be like in the rarefied air of the level one step below the major leagues. I was hoping to find out if spectators got chair back seats instead of bleachers and if I got an airplane ride instead of sitting on buses between matches. I don't think I'll ever make to The Show, but it might have been nice to have a cup of coffee with a top farm club. Maybe some day.
I'm not the defending Jeopardy! champion. But I have played one on TV.

My 1-season record for correct answers is 119. I'm currently sitting on 115, so I need 5 on Monday to break into the 120s.( I've had so many misses this season I could have gotten.) MD25 is going to be pretty exciting. Can't wait.

Two have clinched, and three of us are tied with 26 points for the remaining two promotion spots from Waterfront D3. I'm stuck in fifth with a 15 point deficit in MPD and I play the leader on MD25. I have to tie to have a chance to get whisked to C for another beatdown. On the plus side, 11 of 20 players will remain in D after the Thanos snap tomorrow and I'll be the lucky "extra" player :).

I thought this would be the season for you to get to the bigs. When Thorsten made the Waterfront rundle in LL96 there was a lot of variance in the mashups. We had ex-C players in E (almost 100 TCA) and vice versa. (ETA - actually the player ahead of you is an ex-A player who got placed in Waterfront E and has clogged up the promotion spots each season).

Your second place TCA will get you to B when we finally get rid of the ringers in each level. Then it takes just the right timing to click on defense, schedule, and questions before you get a nice bus seat and won't have to hitchhike to get to the game. And then we will find out if you can hit the curveball ;).

You can just take tomorrow off, or least leave all your answers blank. Pretty sure we're playing each other.

Alas, no can do. I think that's how Tom Kelso got kicked out.
